National Delivery

All UK mainland address are delivered free of cost.  Goods of The Bed Shop are delivered with no charges but additional charges may apply for delivery outside UK mainland. Customers outside UK mainlands such as Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland etc can contact our sales team on 01138879393 or email us at charge will be varies according to the distance, weight and volume. We try our best to dispatch all orders within 1 day, however in exceptional cases it may take upto 3-5 days.  We will be need to forward your mobile or landline number to the courier in order for the transaction to move easily. Once your item has been dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to you providing a specific number for tracking purposes.

International Delivery

If you live outside of the UK and want to purchase please contact us and we will tell the charge for delivery of your item.

More delivery information

In case your order cannot be delivered within the specified period for any reason we will contact you by email to suggest you and give you the way to cancel your order without any penalty. We will keep you informed of progress for your order by email.

Our deliveries mainly take place Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm.

According to our terms and condition at the time of receiving goods found to be faulty, defective, damaged, or simply wishing to exchange then please contact us to inform us that you are returning goods.

It is our policy to check all items before dispatch to assure we are not sending out defective items.

Unused goods can be exchanged or return within 7 days of delivery provided they are complete with all original or proper packaging i.e. Manufactures labels, batch size,date of packing etc.

Instruction for return

When returning goods, you must assure they are carefully wrapped in original packing or waterproof packing without any damaged. No refund will be given if items are not properly wrapped or damaged when in transit.
