2. MAKING A PURCHASE

Click on any items that you want to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After finishing your selection, click on "checkout" button and you will be asked to enter your email address and password. For payments you can use our secure server or we can send your details over the phone.

Please note since we also sell our products through our stores and online shops therefore in extremely rare cases, sometime we may run out of stock. We should be able to update you within 2 working days about the availability of the product.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an automated order confirmation within few minutes of placing your order. It is your responsibility to check this for accuracy. If the goods are out of stock then we will not process your order until we have confirmed with you stock availability and delivery date (normally within 2 working days). If the goods are no longer stocked that we shall not be responsible to find proper replacements we will simply cancel your order and any money paid by you back to your credit / debit card or other method of payment. Our aim to process all orders immediately.

4. PRICING.

We need to display right pricing and description at all times, The Bed Shop deserves the right to reject the sale of wrong-priced or faulty products. 'This does not harm your statutory rights as a consumer'.

5. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to exactly reflect the colour, size and style  of each bed or mattress we sell. Due to some circumstances such as computer monitor settings can sometimes affect how colours are displayed on your screen. Please be aware that due to the nature of the manufacturing process of our handmade mattress, there can be some slight changes in colour, style and size.

If you are unsatisfied with the item you have purchased for any reason, you may return it for a full refund with 14 days of your purchase. Before you make a purchase you can call or e-mail us to get more information on a specific bed or mattress you need. Please refer to our delivery and return policy for more detail.

6. CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order before are goods dispatch for a full refund. If you cancel after dispatch, then we will treat your order as a return.

We have the right to cancel your order if we are unsatisfied your order.

7. DELIVERY / returns

Normally UK deliveries are made within 3-7 working days, however in some cases it may be overnight or could take even longer. If your order cannot be delivered within this specified period for any cause we will contact you by email to guide you and give you the option to cancel your order in case you no long wanted. Please provide us with your complete address along with the day time contact number in order to ensure the timely delivery of your item.

All our beds and mattresses are delivered via a professional courier service. Once your item has been dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to you providing a specific reference number for tracking purposes.

Our deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Please contact us 01138879393 or email us at www.bedandmattressuk.co.uk if you have particular delivery requirements or any queries regarding delivery.

Please assure someone is present to receive your order at the address you have given as the delivery address .Once goods have been dispatched, we are not able to change the delivery address. A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery.

In case you are not happy with your item we will be able to offer you full refund as soon as we receive the item back in our warehouse. The cost of return must be borne by the customer.

8. FAULTY/ INCORRECT GOODS

All goods are checked against the original order and inspected by two people before to dispatch from our warehouse. All goods should therefore reach you in proper condition. If an item is faulty please inform us within 7 days of receipt with complete description we will manage for a replacement to be sent.
